Healing From Trauma

coming back into your pure power

Know
This

Recognizing the existence of trauma and the need to resolve it is important to regain our strength.

Africans naturally have a connection with others, nature and the multiverse.

It is at the heart of much of what we do, say and feel.

In society this takes shape through all kinds of forms of humanity.

Awareness of this has withered due to invasions and all kinds of oppression.

We have long experienced all kinds of dehumanization due to invasions and oppression.

This has led to trauma in body, mind and soul.

Many of these traumas are passed down from generation to generation.

It is time for a transition to a situation in which we are healed from trauma.

By healing now we pave the way to live fully, for ourselves and posterity.
